For our running and upcoming projects we are searching for

(Junior-) Consultants R&T Projects (all genders)

located in Europe!

 

Your roles

  • Advising industrial partners (from SMEs through to OEMs), research institutions and universities in all phases of EU, nationally and regionally funded aerospace projects;

  • Proactive, leading role in the preparation, compilation and submission of project applications;

  • Guidance of operational project- and contract management within the consortium and in accordance with rules of the funding authority, e.g. scope management, schedule management, cost management, risk management, communications management;

  • Contractual and project internal reporting of the most important KPIs (deliverables, milestones, budgets, risks & opportunities);

  • Working in close cooperation with multinational management teams, the definition, negotiation, issuing and continuous improvement of process and management plans combining “best practices” (e.g. PMI®) with specific funding authority requirements;

  • Consulting and leading the project partners regarding dissemination, communication and exploitation activities to both targeted audiences and the general public;

  • Effective stakeholder management.

 

What you bring as a CONSULTANT R&T PROJECTS

  • Successfully completed Master’s degree in an engineering and/or business administration discipline; alternatively, a corresponding Bachelor’s degree together with a renowned project management certification (e.g. PMI®);

  • Several years’ experience in multi-project management and/or programme management, preferably in the EU funding framework (e.g. Horizon 2020 or Horizon Europe) and ideally supplemented by experience in nationally and/regionally funded projects (e.g. LuFo, GATE, CORAC);

  • Established network and a deep knowledge of the links and structures in research environments (preferably aerospace);

  • Wide-ranging experience in the realm of European “Public Private Partnerships” (“Joint Undertakings”);

  • Professional, diplomatic and positive communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional European languages would be advantageous;

  • Solution-focussed approach to challenges founded on high self-motivation and quick reactions;

  • Willingness to travel within Europe.

 

What you bring as a JUNIOR-CONSULTANT R&T PROJECTS

  • Successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering and/or business administration discipline, ideally supported by a renowned project management certification (e.g. PMI®);

  • First experience in project management and/or programme management, preferably transnational;

  • Diplomatic and positive communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional European languages would be advantageous;

  • Solution-focussed approach to challenges founded on high self-motivation and quick reactions;

  • Willingness to travel within Europe
